Nova tech report (Mar 2025) says Canvas and Reel human side-by-side evals were run by an unnamed third-party vendor with expert spot-checks of 5-10% per batch, plus human preference data for RLHF; red-teaming with ActiveFence, Deloitte, Nemesys. Large in-house 'AGI Data Services' org is hiring in 2026 (Senior Operations Managers Jul/Aug 2026, Ground Truth Quality auditors, language engineers who design data-collection tasks).
